Actress Falls to the Floor As A Result of Her Footwear

Head over heels: Helen Falanagan ended up falling over after loosing her footing in a pair of super high heels Actress Helen Flanagan fell to the floor after losing her footing when leaving a restaurant with her fellow Celebrity Superspa contestants. Flanagan, who donned a pair of Louboutins, was seen trying to regain her balance before slipping out of her fancy footwear.

The 22 year old actress took her tumble quite well landing on her hands, followed by her smiling in her recent trip in Liverpool. Flanagan was helped back on her feet by surrounding crew members and celebrity chef John Burton Race. She trekked the rest of her trip barefoot.
